In Singh's latest picture book, Indigo Hands, an Indian girl named Neela accompanies her grandfather to his indigo studio where she learns the step-by-step process of how indigo dye is made. Full of color and touching sentiment, Indigo Hands celebrates the passing down of traditions and the wonderment of learning something new.
